Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital

Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, founded in 1904, is a large-scale tertiary Grade A general hospital with over a century of accumulation. In 2002, it became an affiliated hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a pilot unit for high-quality development guidance among public hospitals in Shanghai. The hospital has two campuses, Xuhui and Lingang, with 51 clinical medical and technical departments. In the past five years, the hospital's annual outpatient and emergency visits have reached a peak of over 5.3 million, with the highest annual discharge reaching nearly 180,000 and the highest annual inpatient surgeries exceeding 120,000.
